Accurate and Reliable Job Analysis.
Job analysis demands precision, and our team excels at it. We collect and interpret data on various aspects of the job, including ergonomic, physical, and environmental factors. Our rigorous and scientific process ensures that the job's demands are precisely identified and quantified.
Our Approach to Job analysis involves:
- Administering an ergonomic assessment of the position (sitting, standing, kneeling, etc.)
- Measuring the weights of materials that are lifted, pushed, pulled
- Documenting and measuring material-handling heights, distances and ranges-of-motion
- Documenting frequency and repetition of lifts
- Documenting and measuring activities that include climbing, walking, and running, to include distance and step height(s)
- Observing and documenting environmental conditions (flat/uneven surfaces, indoors/outdoors, confined spaces, environmental temperatures, required safety equipment, etc.)
- Documenting any other factors impacting the performance of the job
Once we've analyzed the data, we create a clear picture of a job's physical demands, which will be used to create clinical simulations of the most strenuous essential functions required of the positions so that you can be confident your new-hire candidates and employees are physically safe to do the job.
